e125 display freezing up
I installed a new e125 MDF and find that the display completely freezes up at times. I am using C-map 4D charts. This has mostly happened when the touchscreen is wet and does not respond to touch commands, but the push-button control also does not respond. The screen is completely frozen. The boat icon does not progress, even so the GPS location and all other data is progressing to be displayed normally. There are no alarms of any kind. Usually this lasts for a short while and then suddenly the chart jogs back into action. I have contacted Raymarine support about this and got a confirmation email, but no response. How can I proceed to get this resolved?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Delfina,
We haven't received any similar reports of these symptoms in conjunction with C-Map cartography. Please respond with your the Diagnostics...html file from this system. |
