Installation of AIS 650 and antena spliter
I am in the process of installing an AIS 650 and and an antenna spliter. The AIS 650 is connected to a backbone which originates from a five way connector behind the multi functional display. At the end of the backbone I have a five way connector which I am using to connect the spur cable to the AIS 650 unit.
Do I still need to install the individual power wiring provided for each the AIS 650 and the splitter? |

Neither the AIS650 nor the AIS100 Antenna Splitter are designed to be powered from a SeaTalkng / NEMA 2000 backbone. Accordingly, these devices will need to be powered via their respective power cables. |
