Transducer options are dependent upon the model of MFD and/or fishfinder sounder module which will be installed onboard. Will you still be using the C120? If so, then I would recommend simply replacing the currently installed P66 with the Raymarine E66054 version of the P66 transducer. No new holes should need to be created ... simply unscrew the currently installed P66 and then install the new P66 transducer using the same holes.
