[DG] [DG11] Tacktick Remote

Hi, I have a tacktick Micronet remote control and the screen has gone completely blank. The remote itself is powering up, and works to change the individual instruments but it’s own integrated screen is staying blank. Has anybody else had this issue and how can it be fixed?

Thankyou for your enquiry.

From your description it sounds like the screen has become faulty, however, we would recommend changing the batteries first, in case the internal batteries are low and now outputting enough current.

If, after replacing the batteries the screen is still blank, then return the unit to the local Raymarine repair centre for further investigation.
