Is it possible to bluetooth from this unit to hearing aids?

While Raymarine has not designed such support into its VHF radios, you may want want to consider searching the Internet with the key words "analog audio to bluetooth hearing aid" for a possible solution which may be interfaced to the VHF radio's analog speaker output.
