[CA] Rv-220 installation
Is there a maximum ditance of separation when installing a pair of RV 220? The easiest place to put them so as to not interfere with my boat trailer would be about 6 feet apart. My boat is actually 9 feet wide. If I put them 6 feet apart, will there be a gap in what they can read? I could put them closer together, however I would need to modify my trailer.

RE: [CA] Rv-220 installation
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Kccatfish1,
RV Thru-Hull Transducer Pair have been designed and tested for a maximum separation of 4'. Should this distance be exceeded, then it may well cause a blind spot directly beneath the keel. |
