Front Installation Kit
I'm confused there is a front installation kit available for my 9" Axion. Is a front installation the same as a flush mount? I am going to flush mount my 9" next week and don't know if I need the front installation kit.

Hello WayneC,
The front installation kit is used when you can only mount from the front and can't access the rear of the display once it's dropped into the dash. If you can get to the back to use the supplied rear-mount brackets, there's no need for the front installation kit. Regards, Tom Raymarine since 1999.
