Try disabling the PC's Wi-Fi. Should that not work, then try using the supplied software to change the IP Address of the camera to the static IP address 10.21.0.100 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0. After doing so, configure the PC's LAN port setting for Internet Protocol V4 to the static IP address 10.21.0.101 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 using the utility provided with the IP camera. Should the problem persist after doing so, then it would be recommended that the CAM210 be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.

Turning off the wi fi did not work.Finally tried a different ip address than the one you gave me and that worked. Used 192.168.1.245
