Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Ross,

We are currently investigating the problem with your polars file. For clarification, was your polars file produced on an Apple computer or on a PC?

Ross,

I have identified the problem within your polars file. One of the numerical data items featured a comma rather and a decimal point. The attached file will successfully import.

RE: [CA11] polar download to es78
Hi chuck, thank you very much for your prior response regarding polar lines. I created an excel file (extension .csv).

The problem I found was when trying to transfer data to my MFD.

I inserted the micro SD card in the second slot (in the first slot I had the Navionics+) and the MFD didn't read it. I switched it to the first slot with the same result.

The Micro SD card I used for Navionics+ is 8G (with this one I have no problems) and the second Micro SD card has 64G capacity (this is the one the MFD doesn't read).

Can you tel me whats the problem.
Is there a maximum size which the MFD can read?

RE: [CA11] polar download to es78
Francisco,

The maximum capacity for microSD memory cards used with MFDs running LightHouse II software is 32GB. This information, as well as the supported types of file systems may be found within the Memory cards and chart cards section of Chapter 1 - Important Information of the LightHouse II Release 19 Operating Instructions.
