[CA11] Dragonfly 5 Pro Bootup
I am having a problem booting up after attempted software update. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Skapes,
It is recommended that the circuit supplying power to the display be switched OFF, that the microSD memory card containing the software update files be removed, that the power circuit supplying power to the display then be switched ON, and that the display's POWER button then be held pressed for a count of five seconds. Several seconds after doing so, the display should boot up. Should your results not be as stated herein, then it would be recommended that the software update files be deleted from the microSD memory card, that the software update compress fold again be downloaded from Raymarine's website, that the files contained therein be extracted to the root level directory of the microSD memory card, and that the card then be used again update the display's software. Should the problem persist, then the display should be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |

All fixed. The trick was holding the power button down for 5 seconds then waiting. Your assistance is much appreciated. |
