[CA11] Seatalk to NMEA Converter
Looking to connect ST60 instruments to a MFD. I recall there being a Seatalk to NMEA 0183 converter that has been discontinued. Is there a Seatalk to NMEA converter available either 0183 or N2K? Thank you.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum WMMS,
What make/model of MFD are you seeking to interface the ST60 instrument(s) to? |

RE: [CA11] Seatalk to NMEA Converter
WWMS,
As you have suggested Raymarine discontinued the E85001 PC/SeaTalk/NMEA 0183 Interface Module several years ago. For those seeking to bridge SeaTalk data from ST60 instruments to NMEA 2000, we typically recommend Raymarine's SeaTalk to SeaTalkng Converter which will be installed as a NMEA 2000 backbone (as opposed to a spur) component. For those seeking to bridge SeaTalk to NMEA 0183 these days, many will use third party data bridging devices such as the Brookhouse multiplexer with SeaTalk option, ST-NMEA Converter (ISO), Shipmodul MiniPlex-3, etc. |
