Producing GPX file from data within a FSH file.
Raymarine’s FSH to GPX Converter PC application has been introduced to support the production of GPX files from the data within FSH files, thereby providing a quick and easy method for customers to migrate their data from their retired Raymarine MFDs to MFDs running LightHouse II or LightHouse 3 software, or to Dragonfly displays. Installing and running Raymarine’s FSH to GPX Converter PC application couldn’t be more easy: 1. Download the FSH to GPX Converter installation executable (click here to download) 2. Run the FSH to GPX Converter installation executable ONE TIME ONLY to install the program 3. Run the FSH to GPX Converter (Start->All Programs->Raymarine->Raymarine FSH to GPX Converter 4. Within the FSH to GPX Converter, left click on the button titled “Select Archive.FSH file 5. Within the Select Archive.FSH file dialog, locate the Archive.FSH file containing the data to be used in the creation of a GPX file and left click on it to populate the File Name field within this dialog 6. Within the Select Archive.FSH file dialog, left click on the Open button 7. Within the FSH to GPX Converter, left click on the button titled “Save to Raymarine GPX Format†button 8. Within the Save to Raymarine GPX Format dialog, locate the desktop, folder, or microSD memory card drive where you would like the GPX file to be saved and left click 9. Within the Save to Raymarine GPX Format dialog’s Filename field, enter the name that you would like to give to the GPX file (ex. NH Fishing Wpts, RI Routes, etc.) 10. Within the Save to Raymarine GPX Format dialog, left click on the “Save†button 11. The tool will then display a status dialog indicating successful conversion (or error … these occur very, very seldom) and identifying the locations and names of the Archive.FSH file and the GPX file. Click on the OK button within this dialog to close it 12. Close the FSH to GPX Converter using the “X†in the tools upper right hand corner RAYFAQ# |
