[CA] [CA11] a128 MFD full size cut out template?

The cutout templates are larger than most printers can handle. Is a pre printed cut out template available?

Or do most people take the file to a print shop. Any issues getting the print out at 100%?

Most customers use the template which is included within the MFD's package or, in the case of smaller products, will print the template themselves. Alternatively, the PDF would need to be brought to a printer where it may be printed at 100%.
