[CA11] Raymarine Service to Transfer Data on Back Up Card
I just Currently had installed Raymarine Axiom Pro rvx. Old system was Raymarine e120 classic. Does Raymarine provide a service where Raymarine can transfer the data from my old e120 classic back up card, to the new card on the Axiom Pro.
Want the waypoints, symbols, tracks, etc transferred over from old back up card, to the new. Don't mind paying for the service, or the new card that Raymarine would provide. Thanks! |

RE: [CA11] Raymarine Service to Transfer Data on Back Up Card
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Fish On,
Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. As indicated therein, this end (for all but tracks) may be accomplished by using Raymarine’s FSH to GPX Converter PC application. However, should you book a repair for your MFD and send it to Raymarine’s US Product Repair Center along with a note specifying this request, then they will perform this service for you for $90 + shipping. In a nutshell, what will take place is the following: 1) all waypoints, routes, and tracks within the legacy MFD's memory will saved to an Archive.fsh file stored on a CF memory card within the MFD's memory card reader 2) the CF memory card will be ejected from the MFD and placed into a memory card reader connected to a PC 3) the Archive.fsh file stored onto the CF memory card will be copied to a microSD memory card 3) the microSD memory card from step 3 will be inserted into the memory card reader of a MFD running LightHouse II v13.37 software 4) the waypoints, routes, and tracks will be imported from the Archive.fsh file into the LightHouse II MFD's memory 5) all waypoints, routes, and tracks stored within the LightHouse II MFD's memory will then be exported to a GPX file(s) which will be saved onto the microSD memory card from step 3. 6) your MFD and the microSD memory card containing your GPX file(s) and you MFD's Archive.fsh file (retained for backup purposes) will be shipped back to you. |
