[CA11] e97 & e95 touchscreen calibration problems
I'm looking to purchase a boat with an e97 MFD in the main helm and an e95 on the flybridge. Both units have a problem with not responding to touchpoint within an inch of each lateral border. We tried recalibrating each unit but that did not fix the problem. They work fine within the center 7 inches.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum quinsky,

I am aware that you have attempted to realign the touchscreen of each MFD. Have you also performed the precision alignment procedure? If so, then it is recommended that you do so to address the reported issue. However, should you have performed the precision alignment procedure and should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that the MFDs be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
