[LW] [LW11] Windinstrument St60

Hallo! My windinstrument Raytheon ST60 doesn’t work. Mostly it shows 60 kn but also is jumping to lower values and the analog needle is trembling and also hopping between values. I have checked the cables and connections and they seemed ok. I think it’s a problem with the wind vane at the masttop?
I’m greatfull for some advice!

It could be either the transducer on the instrument head. You can carry out a test using a mulitmeter on the wind transducer to identify any faults, further guidance can be found here in our FAQs section.

If this proves to be in working order, I recommend sending the instrument head to us for testing and diagnosis, this can be booked in via our website here.
