[LW] [LW11] ITC-5 speed error

Hope you can help me out here...

I have a depth/speed transducer connected on a ITC-5.
Unfortunatly the hull speed is not given on the i70s anymore.

The led indicator gives a slow continuous puls. (speed pulse time-out?)
if i disconnect the shield cable the led is on. But the i70s gives me a speed reading without even moving...

Any thoughts?

Because I have a depth/speed transducer , I only have 1 shield cable. Does this have to be connected to the speed/temperature or depth converter connection?
temperature and depth works as it should though...

Thank you for your post.

Connect the shield to the depth terminal. This should resolve any odd speed readings.
