Marpa and a Fast Heading Sensor
I have an eS MFD and the new Quantum Radar. Networked to them I have sailing instruments and an AIS.
Do I need a Fast Heading Sensor in order to get Marpa? My AP is an old Simrad unit and is not networked to the new units. |

RE: Marpa and a Fast Heading Sensor
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum TributeJ42,
Yes. The MARPA feature requires that the system be interfaced to a gyro stabilized 10Hz heading data source. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. |
