[CA] [CA11] Can't download v19 to update a75

I have an a75 that is running v14 and want to update to v19. I can get to the page that lists v19 (http://www.raymarine.com/view/?id=3764) but clicking on the link does nothing. The problem with links exists on other pages (http://www.raymarine.com/display/?id=797). I've tried Chrome and Safari browsers.
I can download the manuals from Box.com.

It appears that the server may have been down when you had attempted the downloads. Please note that I have tested the Download link on the LightHouse II R19 software update web page and it is now operational.

I refreshed the download page and the link still doesn't work in either Chrome or Safari. I looked at the page source and there's no href=...
Could you send me a URL for the download?
