CAM 220 updated instructions
Trying to connect the CAM220 to a Windows 10 PC.
The instruction book covers using Win 7 which is very different to Win 10. Are there updated instructions available for Win 10? Thanks, Jack |

RE: CAM 220 updated instructions
BOCAIII,
Did you use the IPScan Utility to determine the camera's IP address? If so, and the address is as specified, then is your PC's network interface (Internet Protocol v4) configured for DHCP (i.e. to obtain an IP address automatically)? |

RE: CAM 220 updated instructions
BocaIII,
There is either something wrong with your camera or something incorrect in interfaced the camera to the PC or how you have configured your PC's network interface. Whereas your responses to the questions which I have asked are all consistent with a correctly configured system, it is recommended that our support team be contacted at 603.324.7900 to discuss and walk your through the process of accessing the CAM220IP's web page again while you have a powered CAM220IP and PC in your presence. |
