Differences between ST6002 and ST6000+ display
Hi,
I have a ST6002 display that came with a SPX-5 AP. I have connected a ST6000+ display to use as a repeater. I have also upgraded to an SPX-30. Can you tell me the differences between the ST6002 and ST6000+ displays? Thanks! |

RE: Differences between ST6002 and ST6000+ display
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Evan,
The ST6000+ and ST6002+ are functionally equivalent autopilot control heads. These products differ in the command sequences used to access the various autopilot configuration settings. Correspondingly, the manual written for the corresponding autopilot control head should be used as a reference to access its commands. Other than the command sequences, these autopilot control heads differ slightly cosmetically (the ST6002+ features rounded/softened edges) and different sun covers. The autopilot control heads have the same footprint, interfaces, and are designed to occupy the same cut-outs when surface mounted. These autopilot control heads are both compatible with all SPX autopilots. |

Thanks! I was hoping that the differences were minimal.
