Thanks for confirming the message. The reported symptom may be indicative of a problem within the DSM or with the transducer itself. This problem would typically be fault isolated by testing the DSM with another compatible transducer which was known to be operational. Alternatively, the DSM may be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
