Welcome to the Raymarine Forum João,
It is recommended that the Axiom MFD be updated with the latest available Raymarine product software update and that a System Settings & Data Reset be commanded (should you be able to interact with the MFD's user interface). Should the problem persist thereafter, then it is recommended that the MFD be tested with another Navionics+ chart card. Should the problem abate, then it would be recommended that Navionics (508-291-6000) be contacted to replace the chart card. Should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that the MFD be replaced by the dealer (if purchased within the last 30 days) or sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
