RE: [CA] C127 MFD Sonar issue
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum koko2870,
It is recommended that the transducer cable's plug be disconnected from the MFD's transducer socket and inspected for signs of damage or corrosion. If none is found, then the transducer cable's plug should be reconnected to the MFD's transducer socket and it should be ensured that the plug's locking ring is is rotated into the locked position. It is then recommended that the vessel be connected to shore power, that its batteries be permitted to fully charge, and that the system then be tested again while connected to shore power. Should the problem persist when so tested, then it would be recommended that the MFD be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
