Welcome back to the Raymarine Forum Mark,
Please determine which version of software is presently installed within your e7D MFD. Should the currently installed version of software not be v19.03, then it would be recommended that your waypoint, route, track, and system settings be backed up, that MFD's software be updated with LightHouse II v19.03 software, and that a System Settings & Data Reset (HOME->SET-UP->MAINTENANCE->SYSTEM SETTINGS & DATA RESET) be commanded. Should the problem persist thereafter, then it would be recommended that your MFD along with the chart card currently being used be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
