Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Chad,
When installing a new CP470, it is recommended that it's software level be checked to ensure that it is at v14.28 or later before connecting it to a transducer. In this case, it unfortunately, appears that the CP470 may have suffered a failure. If purchased within the last 30 days, then it would be recommended that the CP470 be returned to your Raymarine dealer for replacement. The replacement CP470 should be updated with the latest available CP470 software prior to use. If purchased more than thirty days ago, it is recommended that the CP470 be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
