If you're willing, the best way to resolve the reported problem may be to send all to Raymarine's Product Repair Center to ensure that the updates have been/are performed and that the CP370 is able to then detect a 1kW transducer. If sending the transducer to Raymarine's Product Repair Center, I would recommend taking a snapshot of the B164 transducer's identification tag and including a print of the photo with the equipment.
