[CA11] A95 Touchscreen not working
In the last 2 to 3 weeks we have been having a problem with the touchscreen on our A95 multifunction display. Sometimes it will freeze up and not work, other times it acts like someone else is controlling the screen and it goes crazy. When either one of these issues happens we usually wait a few minutes and if it does not correct itself we turn it off and restart it, which will correct the problem 50% of the time.
We have this issue multiple times in a 10 hour travel day. I have tried cleaning the screen multiple times and have also done a factory reset, and neither one has worked. please help! |
