Q1. Will C/E-Series Classic MFDs be able to show AIS?
A1. C/E-Series Classic MFDs which have been updated with the latest available corresponding Raymarine product software update are indeed capable of displaying AIS targets within the MFD's Chart application. In order to utilize the Chart application's radar overlay feature and display AIS targets within the Radar feature, the MFD must be interfaced to a source of heading data (ex. autopilot, instrument compass, GPS compass, etc.). The AIS receiver / transceiver must be interfaced to the MFD via its NMEA 0183 communications interface.

Q2. And is the compatibility logical for the rest?
A2. The C/E-Series Classic MFDs are indeed compatible with the M92650-S 2D and E52079 RD218 radomes.
