Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. As you have indicated that this problem occurred following a software update, it is recommended that you consider backing up your system's waypoint/route/track data, noting its settings, and then commanding a System Settings & Data Reset (HOME->SET-UP->MAINTENANCE->SYSTEM SETTINGS & DATA RESET). As indicated within the FAQ, should the recommendations specified therein fail to indicate the source of the problem, then it would be recommended that the radome be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
