Trevor,
In addition to the items specified within the previously referenced FAQ, it would be recommended that the vessel be connected to shore power, that its batteries be permitted to attain a fully charged state, and that afterwards and while still connected to shore power, the system should be switched ON, and the autopilot should be left in Standby mode. Should the "Current Limit" message be reported under these conditions, then it would be recommended that the autopilot course computer be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
