[CA11] No Rudder Position Indication
I have just installed P70Rs, ACU150 and EV1. I am not getting any rudder position indication on the P70Rs. The rudder position is from the previous set of installed Raymarine gear, with Raymarine stamped on the top of it, but I couldn't read any part number information on it.

I checked the rudder using the steps in http://forum.raymarine.com/showthread.php?tid=95. Values were within norms:
Red-Green; 4.73k ohms constant across full range of rudder movement
Red-Blue (black in my case); Full port=2.11, midships=2.48; Full Stbd=2.81
Blue-Greeen; Full port=2.84, midships=2.45; Full Stbd=2.13

I took the boat out for a spin, and the Autopilot went through its 'Detecting Magnetics' process, (even though I hadn't completed the dockside wizard). I really want to get do the dockside wizard process, with the rudder position working, so that is why the wizard was not yet completed.

So I think that everything is wired properly. Rudder position wiring goes to the ACU-150. The ACU is connected to SeatalkNG. The P70Rs is also connected to SeatalkNG, as is the EV1. I am seeing degree changes on the EV1.

Am I missing any configuration settings? Or??

tks

Dave
