Dave,

This thread is becoming cumbersomely lengthy to follow ... we need to wrap this up.

Q1. Is the ST1 instruments' power supply arrangement ok and if not, how would you suggest I arrange the ST1 power supplies?
A1. The SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone power insertion should be balanced ... recommend moving the SeaTalkng power cable to the spur socket to the right of the SeaTalk socket of the SeaTalk to SeaTalkng Converter.

Q2. The ST6002 is powered via the ST2000 plug, is this ok?
A2. Yes.

The ST6002 receives Nav and Wind data from the A70D MFD via NMEA to the ST2000 then via ST1 to the ST6002. Alternatively, I could go from the A70D to the ST6002 via NMEA, then to the ST2000 via ST1 (shown dotted on the diagram) instead of the current plan?
Q3. Would there be any advantage to one or the other arrangement?
A3. I would recommend leaving shown as in the your most recent post's diagram after removing the green dashed line to the ST6002.
