Welcome to the Raymarine Forum mannery,

NMEA 2000 PGNs are designed to include multiple data items. Some systems (Raymarine as well as third party) will fully populate all data items within a PGN, while other systems (including Raymarine and third party) will only populate the PGN with the data items which the product is capable of determining values to populate it with. Raymarine's Dashboard application, Sidebar, and Databoxes are correspondingly not designed to display PGNs, but rather the data items contained therein.
