Welcome to the Raymarine Forum kalakai,

In all of the time which has passed since LightHouse II v19.03 was released, no one has brought this to my attention. That said, it is not possible to replace this document within the MFD's memory. However, it is possible to download the LightHouse II Release 19 Operations Guide (PDF) to a microSD memory card (could be your chart card if it has sufficient unused memory), insert the memory card into the MFD's memory, and then use the LightHouse II Document Reader app to read the document on your MFD.
