Thanks for the additional information. As you have suggested GPS signal reception, by MFD or external GPS sensor, can be adversely affected by RF transmitters and antennas. Recommended separation distances should be maintained or it may be necessary to install an external GPS sensor which may be installed in a location where it may not be exposed to such RF energy.
