Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Sbarras,
The Ray240 handset does indeed feature a speaker. Should you have increased the volume via the handset and should the handset not produce audible sound, then it would be recommended that the handset along with the base station be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
