Thankyou for your enquiry. The full test for the masthead transducer can be found here, this will identify if the issue is with the masthead unit, if the voltages are incorrect, test at the base of the mast to be sure there are no cable issues through the boat. The voltages you describe, suggest the masthead unit, mast cable or mast connection block has a fault. Regards Derek |
