[LW] [LW11] Quantum wifi wont connect to a98

I have searched and even called and I can't get a fix for this issue.
My issue;
New to me a98 does not see the radar via wifi. Wifi works as i was able to connect the a98 to the house router and look for updates. It is running the current v19 software. Tried password and ssid multiples times for 2 days, nada. Powered off the radar, let sit, nada. Factory reset on a 98, nada.
Odd thing is i can power up the a78 on my workbench and the radar works fine on that unit.
Was told to factory reset the a78 but i don't see what that will do for me as its not going back in the boat.
