Thank you for your post.

It could be either the transducer on the instrument head. You can carry out a test using a mulitmeter on the wind transducer to identify any faults, further guidance can be found here in our FAQs section.

If this proves to be in working order, I recommend sending the instrument head to us for testing and diagnosis, this can be booked in via our website here.
