What we can see here is that the fuel flow rate in message 127489, Engine Parameters, Dynamic (0.9 litres/hour at that moment) is perfectly reasonable, but the Trip Fuel value in 127497 Trip Parameters, Engine has obviously not been reset by the engine system for a long time, if ever (378 litres). This means that with your current setting of 127497 as the default fuel data source, as soon as the MFD receives a single message containing this value, the system is being told, effectively, that all of the fuel has already been removed from the tank and shows zero remaining.

I'd therefore recommend setting the fuel data source message to Fuel flow rate (PGN 127489) instead, which should work fine. I've tested this with my test Axiom with your data and the newly-released v3.10 software and it works fine.
