Vettepro,
The larger array of the 24" radomes translate into narrower beam width, making for sharper returns. This also makes it more likely radar imaging for objects located in close proximity to one another to be rendered as individual targets rather than a single larger target. That said, the RD418HD quite regularly purchased by fishermen for spotting birds. |
