I have my Axiom 7 powered from a different circuit than the SeaTalkng network. If I turn on the network first and then start the Axiom all is well. If I do the opposite it will go into the continuous reboot.... By resetting the unit as described (factory reset) I can get it up and running again, so if there are any Raymarine Lighthouse coders reading this, here's something to look for as a bug update.
