Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Tim,

Q1. The website ways Magnum is compatible with gS series running Lighthouse 2. My gS MFD’s are running Lighthouse 3. Will they be compatible?
A1. Yes.

Q2. What new features of the Magnum will I not get since I’m not using an Axiom MFD?
A2. With the exception of auto MARPA, all of the radar features specified within the LightHouse 3.10 Advanced Operation Instructions for Magnum radars will be supported by gS-Series MFDs running LH3 software which have been interfaced to a Magnum Radar.
