[CA11] Hard over time on evolution wheel pilot

The P70S manual seems to give a procedure for determining hard-over time for smart and SPX pilots but not for evolution pilots. Manual says this an important setting. The procedure delineated for such does not work for evolution. At least for me. What is the procedure to satisfy this requirement for evolution? Tnx
