Hi,
My point was not that I would not know or that it would no be said in the manual that 12 V or any V equipment stop working when the voltage drops below a certain level.

It was that the radome does not recover by itself from this drop when the voltage raises again, but it has to be booted (power switched totally off).

This can then be done from the main switch, or, if one has a separate circuit, switching that off.

This is not mentioned in the manual - maybe it would be good to add there as it might and might save some others from the trouble of trying to find the reason for this "irregular" phenomenon.
