C70 Classic replacement

I am looking to replace a 2004 C70 classic with either an ES or A MFD. I have some limited space on the dash where the C70 is flush mounted (a 2004 SeaRay Sundancer 300). The ES 98 or the A98 seem to be the closest fit. If I replace the C70 with either of these units, will there be issues regarding mounting the new unit? Such as enlarging the [censored], needing to have a mounting kit beyond what comes with the new unit? Will there be any gaps that need to be filled - or will either of these units fully cover the area where the C70 presently is? I have about 1 inch on each side of the C70 and about 1/2 inch above and below the C70 at the present time.
