Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. Please additionally click here to view a second FAQ addressing this subject. Should you have addressed the items specified within these FAQs and the problem persists, then it is recommended that the DSM be tested with another compatible transducer (suspended over the side of the hull) to rule out the possibility that the problem is being caused by a faulty transducer. Should you be unable to do so, then it is recommended that the DSM be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench tested / serviced.
