Welcome to the Raymarine Forum,

Should the MFD be booting into it Software Update dialog, then the CF memory card is likely compatible and properly populated. Please ensure that you are following the software update instructions for the SR100 found here. If so and the problem persists, then it is recommended that the SR100 be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be updated.
