Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Rick,

As you may be aware, the E-Series Classic MFDs did not support overlaying the Chart application with a NOWRAD weather layer. However, Raymarine's latest generation of MFDs, the a/c/eS/gS-Series MFDs do support overlaying the Chart application with a NOWRAD weather layer provided from any of Raymarine's currently manufactured any retired Sirius Satellite Marine Weather / Satellite Radio Receiver having an Ethernet network communications interface (ex. SR150, SR6, SR100). E120 MFDs would typically be replaced with eS127 or eS128 MFDs or gS125 MFDs. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject.
